Service Description
New clients start here! Once scheduled, I will send you an email outlining how to prepare for this session to make the most of our time together. Please be mindful that in order to conduct a thorough assessment I will be asking questions related to your past medical history, current use of medications and supplements, anthropometric data, as well as a food record demonstrating your current food choices and eating patterns.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
