About

Me

Prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian I worked in the culinary industry and studied to be a chef. I've since had the opportunity to deliver cooking lessons in educational and competitive settings, administer fitness and body composition assessments to athletes and research participants, and have worked in hospital settings supporting individuals across the lifespan.

In my work and in my life, I maintain a non-judgmental and supportive stance to foster a safe and trusting environment for anyone to share their goals, curiosities, challenges, and concerns.

My Practice

As a regulated professional, I prioritize the best interests of my clients and base all recommendations on evidence-based information.

I split my time between work in clinical settings and my private practice. My current areas of clinical expertise include the nutrition care of those living with diabetes and obesity. I have a special interest in helping people streamline nutrition goals to protect and build a more positive relationship with food, while preventing the progression of chronic diseases. I embrace diversity and strive to preserve ethnic food preferences and cooking skills. My commitment to inclusivity extends to individuals of all orientations, communities, shapes, and sizes.
